| COME STAY ON THE OCEAN in this newly decorated Condo with spectacular second floor oceanfront views. Recent renovations in December of 2005 include glass top/self cleaning stove, ice maker refrigerator, microwave and counter tops.You are just a short walk from the boardwalk, restaurants and the lake. It is located just south of the new Marriott Hotel. Enjoy the spacious deck and watch the sunrise each morning, from your oveanfront unit. Spectacular ocean views are available from the living room and master bedroom through sliding glass doors. This unit sleeps 7 for the price of 6, while also offering the second bedroom guests private entrance to the hall bath. Take advantage of the entertainment center with color TV with cable and remote, DVD player, VCR and CD player. Both bedrooms are also equiped with color TVs; additional DVD/VCR feature in 2nd bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. Beach equipment is available on premises. New paint and select furniture added each year. New pillow-top king mattress in master bedroom, ceiling fans, and hotel-style hairdryers added. Second bedroom has a queen bed and a single chair bed.Historic Wilmington, Fort Fisher, Aquarium and Southport Ferry are all 20 minutes away.

| This unit has a covered porch which is great in the rain or the heat. You can hear the surf in the master bedroom. You can see the waves breaking on the shore. Storage locker has some beach equipment for your use.
